Nostrodomos is a Comic Chat bot and interacts like a Comic Chat user. Therefore, to interact with him, you need to click on him so he knows you are talking to him. If you are in text mode or using a non-Comic Chat IRC client, then you must say his name to interact with him.

If you don't do this, he will assume you are talking to some one else, or just a blithering village idiot talking to yourself in a schizophrenic rant.

Nostrodomos will respond to the following requests:

  • PREDICTION
  • PHILOSOPHY
  • INSULT
  • JOKES
  • LOVE or POEMS
  • OPINION
If you hate his predictions, philosophies, insults, or jokes, and just happen to have a better one, submit your own!

Nostrodomos, being a tikigawd of the most renowned stature, is an advocate of peace. He may respond with a quote from an anti-war peace rally when some one says, amongst others:

  • WAR
  • PEACE
  • OIL
  • BUSH

Other behaviors the Mighty Nostrodomos has been known to exhibit:

  • If Nostrodomos thinks it's too quiet in the chat room, he may make a remark to liven up the place.

  • Every once in a while, Nostrodomos will ask a question. He asks many, many questions.

  • He may make an unsolicited comment if some one makes a remark about how something is crazy or insane.

Nostrodomos will also respond to:

  • HELLO (and variations)
  • THANK YOU (and variation)
  • GOODBYE (and variations)
  • HOW ARE YOU (and variations)

Please don't insult the Mighty Nostrodomos. He usually won't dignify any insult with a response, but he does give dignification when you say the following to him:

  • STFU
  • BITE ME
  • KISS MY ASS
  • PISS OFF
  • SUCKS (and variations)

If you think Nostrodomos is talking too much, feel free to ask him to SHUT UP. Depending on his mood, he just might. But beware of the consequences.

Get the Nostrodomos Theme Song by asking him THEME SONG. Make sure to interact with him. And yes, he will want to boogie.

And whatever you do, don't suggest to him that he runs a MACRO!!!

If Nostrodomos is not driving you crazy, then he is not doing his job.
